Developer Dark_AleX has released an update to his Despertar del Cementerio "Universal Unbricker," adding the ability to fully regenerate the IDStorage. Meaning if the IDStorage on your PSP has been fully wiped out or contains corrupt keys you will be able to recover it.
Apart from this major addition in functionality, a format flash function has been added to the DC7 menu. As with previous releases, the unbricker can be used in conjunction with a Pandora battery to restore and install custom firmware 4.01 M33-2 on the PSP. Note that newer PSP models housing a TA-088 v3 motherboard are still unsupported.
Installation instructions can be found at the link below. If you already have a previous version of DC installed on your memory stick it is only necessary to copy the DC7 folder to PSP/GAME and launch the application from within the Game menu.

Go! explore for Uk psp user's is to be released in a few days time. The package will come with the GPS receiver and the Go! Explore software.
You can expect to pay around the £90-£100 mark for the full package which rather oddly puts it in direct competition with other well known Sat Nav systems in the Uk. For me, at least this make's no sense as in reality only the existing PSP user base are likely to purchase and that is whether they can stomach the price at all.
The package incorporates a GPS receiver and a UMD containing your chosen maps. Go!Explore supports 11 unique audio languages on every geographic version: English, German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, and Finnish.
As with current GPS applications, the system is future proof, and as such has access to upgradeable maps & points of interest (POI) that can be purchased via the PlayStationNetwork. Additional maps, POI, downloads and other Wi-Fi features will be made available in the future.
This was a golden chance for Sony to increase the user base for the PSP by adding a very useful hardware tool for the unit at a competitive price. As it stands i think they have failed. Can people afford the cost of the PSP unit and then the Go! Explore package? Would they want to? Probably not......
The Sony receiver has been available for some time now on import and intial reviews are good. Question is whether it's as good as the well established Sat Nav systems and worthy of the price tag
Keep checking back for the proper road trip test results!! (if it does not get me lost first, Lol )

There have been rumors floating around about a PSP 3000 Model ever since Sony accidentally posted a icon that said "3000". Well now people at http://bbs.pspchina.net have leaked picture of the so called PSP 3000 with a redesigned "Home" Button, smaller silver ring on the UMD Door, and built-in MIC?
